Santosh K.Singh
Founder & Director of
Photography
Santosh Singh is the Founder of Nipun Films and an accomplished Cameraman, Director of Photography and Visual Storyteller with nearly three decades of experience across diverse video productions and storytelling formats.
His work spans advertising and corporate films, CSR and promotional videos, documentaries, factual programming, institutional films, events, multi-camera productions and news coverage.
His work has taken him across varied and challenging environments, with his films featured on reputed broadcast platforms including National Geographic, ITV, TV18, and Doordarshan, among others.
In 2023, Santosh’s camerawork for an ITV UK story on the Manipur violence was recognised by ITV UK among hundreds of stories. Working in a high-risk environment, the assignment demanded professional composure and personal courage to capture the story from the ground.
With three decades of field experience and a refined visual sensibility, Santosh founded Nipun Films with a vision to create visually compelling, strategically purposeful films that make stories truly resonate.
Rathin Sarkar is a video communication professional, writer, and director with over two decades of experience creating visual narratives that drive business objectives, build brands, and engage audiences. An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, New Delhi, with a Master’s in Communication (Video Production) from the University of Pune, he combines strategic thinking with strong storytelling and production expertise.
His career spans Dainik Bhaskar Digital, ESPN Star Sports, Homeshop18 (TV18 Group), Skoch Group and Wilderness Films, across broadcast, digital media, branded communication and video production.
As an independent producer and director, Rathin has created video communication for HCL, Government of India ministries, Experion Developers, Energiva, Pioneer India Electronics, OSEL, Clove Dental, AYE Track Watch, and Sobha Developers, among others.
He believes powerful communication should be crisp, direct and uncomplicated — yet compelling, engaging and memorable.

Harish Bhatt is an MBA (Marketing) professional with over 18 years of experience across Retail and FMCG, with expertise in business development, sales, pricing, merchandising, category management and market expansion.
His experience includes Walmart India, where he worked across pricing, confectionery buying and reseller business, covering procurement, vendor management, product assortment, margins and business planning.
His career with ITC Limited spans distributor network management, primary and secondary sales, modern trade, new product launches, market development, trade relations and sales-force training.
Recognized through multiple national and organizational awards for business performance, process excellence and business growth, Harish brings strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills, with a commercially focused, result-oriented approach to driving sustainable business performance.
